Sending and Returning


  • De Hoepel Winkel will take care of every order right away with the greatest care.
  • De Hoepel Winkel will take care that the ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after receiving payment.
  • You will receive a Track & Trace link in your email as soon as we send out your order. If by any chance the shipping has a delay please contact us so we can contact the post.
  • De Hoepel Winkel usually delivers all items directly from stock. Sometimes an item is temporarily out of stock. When this is the case you’ll be notified right away through e-mail and we will suggest a new delivery date or a replacement product.
  • The customer can either agree with this new delivery date, or dissolve the purchase agreement, in which case the purchase amount and delivery costs that have been paid by the customer will be refunded.


  • De Hoepel Winkel allows the customer a seven day period to decide whether the customer is satisfied with the item. From this provision the Astral Evoke LED hoops are excluded.
  • De Hoepel Winkel guarantees that the customer is refunded for all returned items, on the condition that the items are returned as new, which entails that articles and packaging are not damaged or dirty. Hoops may have no traces of wear.
  • If a customer returns an item, we ask the customer to e-mail us in advance at and give us the reason for returning the item. The return sending costs are to be paid by the customer. As soon as the returned items in the condition ‘as new’ are received by us, we will refund the purchase amount.
